  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/3 cups raw sugar, For the Streusel
  • 2/3 cups flour, For the Streusel
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder, For the Streusel
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt, For the Streusel
  • 4 tablespoons butter, cold in cubes, For the Streusel
  • 80 grams FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt, For the Yogurt Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons butter, For the Yogurt Glaze
  • 2/3 cups icing sugar, For the Yogurt Glaze
  • 1/4 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons cow's milk

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease a bundt pan, and dust with flour.
  • Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one by one, then the FAGE yogurt.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the yogurt mixture, beating just until combined.
  • For the Streusel, mix the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and butter, and mix with your hands until crumbly.
  • Place half of the batter in the pan and level it with a knife. Sprinkle half of the Streusel. Add the rest of the batter, level it, and sprinkle the rest of the Streusel.
  • Bake for 50 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • To make the glaze, beat the yogurt and butter until smooth. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar. Add the vanilla and milk.
  • When the cake is cool, drizzle with the glaze.
