Medium
Preheat the oven to 220º C.
We grease a mold with butter and flour it.
In a bowl, we beat the yolks, oil, yogurt, sugar, and orange juice.
In another bowl, we beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form (a pinch of salt can be added).
We add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder to the yolk mixture, using folding motions. (DO NOT BEAT)
We add the cocoa and mix.
We add the egg whites and fold everything together until we obtain a homogeneous mixture.
We pour the mixture into the mold and place the walnuts on top.
Place the mold in the oven for 40 minutes and reduce the temperature to 170º C.
At the end, insert a toothpick or knife, and if it comes out clean, the cake is ready; if not, leave it in the oven for 5 more minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes and unmold onto a plate.
Sprinkle a little powdered sugar for decoration.
