350 grams unsalted butter , at room temperature
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1/2 tablespoons orange essence
2 egg yolks
1 egg
1 cup liquid whipping cream, at room temperature
500 grams self-rising flour, sifted

Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Cream the butter, and add the sugar, vanilla extract, and butter essence; beat for 5 minutes.
Then add the egg yolks and the whole egg, beating until everything is combined.
Then alternate the liquid milk and the flour; it will result in a thick and airy batter.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured mold.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
