To decorate a chocolate cake or mint cupcakes, this white chocolate mint frosting is very delicious and refreshing.

  • 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 225 grams white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons Mint liquor
  • green food coloring

  • Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the butter is melted. Remove from heat and add the white chocolate.
  • Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Add the mint liqueur and a few drops of food coloring.
  • Let the frosting cool in a bowl, stirring occasionally until it reaches the desired consistency.
