Baked Oatmeal, Cereal, and Fruits Dessert

  • 1 cup Alpen® cereal muesli
  • 2 cups oats
  • 50 raw sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup banana
  • 1/3 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C. Spray a little oil onto a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal, Alpen Muesli cereal, brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  • Slice the strawberries and banana. Add half of the strawberries to the previous mixture. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Place the cereal mixture in the baking dish with strawberries. Arrange the banana and the remaining strawberries on top.
  • Pour the milk and egg mixture over the baking dish. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes or until the oatmeal looks golden. Add an extra teaspoon of brown sugar and bake for 5 more minutes for a sweeter touch.
