Banana and Orange Cake

One of my favorite recipes, it turns out really delicious. The orange zest perfumes the bread and gives it a perfect flavor.

3 ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cups oil
2 eggs , shakes
1/2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
2 cups wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt

Preheat the oven to 175 °C (350 °F). Grease a 20 cm round mold and flour it.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Mash the bananas, beating on low speed with the brown sugar and standard sugar.
Add to the mixture the oil, previously beaten eggs, sour cream, orange zest, and vanilla.
Gradually add parts of the flour, stirring until everything is incorporated and pour the mixture into the mold.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out dry. Remove from the oven and let cool.
