1 tablespoon baking powder
3 eggs
100 grams butter
3/4 cups brown sugar
4 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons cow's milk
1/2 cups raisins

Cream the butter with the sugar and add the eggs one by one.
Incorporate the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Mash the bananas and mix them with the milk; add to the batter and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Grease a bundt pan and pour in the mixture. Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180° C.
Unmold and let cool.
