Banana Cake

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams butter
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups raisins

  • Cream the butter with the sugar and add the eggs one by one.
  • Incorporate the sifted flour with the baking powder.
  • Mash the bananas and mix them with the milk; add to the batter and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
  • Grease a bundt pan and pour in the mixture. Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180° C.
  • Unmold and let cool.
