Encapsulated Cake

It is a delicious fluffy vanilla cake that is encapsulated in a strawberry-flavored milk gelatin. Everyone will be delighted by the surprise when you cut this delightful dessert into slices.

  • 50 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated in 250 ml of water

Medium
  • Prepare the mixture with yogurt, cream, and gelatin. With part of this mixture, line the bottom of the aluminum mold size 22, leaving about one centimeter around our cake free to encapsulate it. Then pour part of the mixture into the bottom of the 22 cm mold, approximately half a centimeter, and put it in the refrigerator to set for about 15 minutes.
  • Take the mold with the yogurt gelatin base, place the cake in the center, and finish pouring the mixture to cover the sides and top, then put it back in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the mold from the refrigerator and unmold it. To make it easier and prevent the gelatin from breaking, I recommend immersing the aluminum mold in hot water to release the gelatin.
  • Serve it on a platter and decorate to your liking.
