Sift and set aside: flour, baking soda, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, pinch of salt.
Remove the core from the apple, and chop finely with the skin; if you have a processor, chop it there, do not grind.
Beat the eggs in a mixer, gradually add the sugar and oil, and beat for about 5 minutes until fluffy.
Incorporate the flour with a spatula and finally add the apple and blueberries, set this mixture aside for assembling in the mold.
Make the flan: For the flan, blend all the flan ingredients in the blender and set aside for assembling in the mold.
Assembly for baking: place a layer of cajeta or caramel at the bottom of the mold.
Pour the apple paste over the base and finally add the flan liquid.
Bake in a water bath for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Let it cool completely.
Unmold and drizzle with the caramel from the bottom of the mold.
