7 egg whites
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
2 packages salty cracker, crushed
1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese
250 milliliters whipping cream, well chilled
3/4 cups icing sugar
strawberries, washed and disinfected

Preheat the oven to 180°C, and grease a round removable mold.
Beat the egg whites with the baking powder, and once they are firm, add the vanilla and the 2 cups of sugar.
Once the mixer is turned off, fold in the nuts and cookies gently.
The mixture is poured into the mold and baked for 30 to 35 minutes.
Separately, beat the cream cheese along with the whipping cream, gradually incorporating the powdered sugar.
We let the meringue cool completely and transfer it to a serving platter.
Whipped cream is placed on top and decorated with sliced strawberries.
