Orange cake with 3 ingredients

  • 3 cups Orange Shortbread
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • orange, in slices, for decoration
  • icing sugar, for decoration

  • Blend the cookies in the Oster® Blender until they turn to powder and strain to remove large pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies, baking powder, and milk until you get a thick consistency.
  • Transfer the mixture to a previously greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
  • Unmold the easy cake and decorate with orange slices.
