450 grams flour , soft
170 grams margarine
28 grams baking powder
110 milliliters cow's milk
6 eggs
225 grams sugar
10 milliliters liquid vanilla
110 milliliters orange juice
14 grams orange zest
10 milliliters orange essence
28 grams poppy seed
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 160° C.
Separate the eggs (whites and yolks).
Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder.
Add milk and vanilla.
Beat the margarine until it changes color, gradually add the sugar and continue creaming.
Add the yolks and continue to cream, incorporate the orange essence.
Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients alternating with the milk and vanilla. Mix and add the orange juice until fully combined.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gently fold them into the previous mixture along with the poppy seeds.
Place in a mold and bake for 45 minutes at 180° C.
Unmold and decorate with your favorite cream.
