Strawberry and Yogurt Cake

The other day I made this delicious strawberry cake with my family, everyone loved it. I invite you to prepare it and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones.

  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • strawberry yogurt, optional
  • 200 grams strawberry
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • corn flakes, of sugary flakes

  • Mix the flour, milk, eggs, and sugar in a bowl. Stir until a homogeneous mixture forms.
  • Spread a bit of butter in a wide and somewhat deep mold.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased mold. Spread it well with the help of a spatula.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C, bake for 15 minutes.
  • Let it cool at room temperature, cover the cake with a bit of strawberry yogurt, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Wash and sanitize the strawberries, cut them in half, and distribute them around the edges of the cake.
  • Crush the sugary cornflakes and decorate the cake.
