Strawberry Cream Cake

This strawberry cream cake recipe is perfect for celebrating and pampering mom. Best of all, it's very easy to make, as it is prepared with a soft vanilla sponge cake and a delicious strawberry cream filling. It’s yielding, delicious, and practical!

  • 1 box Vanilla flavored cake flour Three stars®, for the cake
  • 3 eggs, for the cake
  • 1 1/3 cups vegetable oil, for the cake
  • 1/3 cups milk, for the cake
  • 3 cups cream cheese, for the cream
  • 2 cups condensed milk, for the cream
  • 3 cups whipping cream, for the cream
  • 3 cups strawberries, in halves
  • strawberries, for decoration
  • blueberries, for decoration

  • In a bowl, beat the Tres Estrellas® Vanilla Cake Mix, the egg, vegetable oil, and milk with a whisk until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the cake mixture into a previously greased and floured baking tray or dish. Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • Cut the sponge cake in half to have 2 pieces of bread. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, add the condensed milk, and the whipping cream. Mix until you obtain a stable and homogeneous filling. Set aside.
  • Place one sponge cake on a cake base, add some cream, and top with strawberries until the surface is covered. Then, add more cream, place the other sponge cake on top, and cover with more cream. Use a spatula to smooth the cake and then a fork to create lines around the cake. Finally, decorate the cake with strawberries and blackberries. Enjoy this strawberry cream cake with your family!
