  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 tablets bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coffee extract
  • cow's milk , as needed
  • 250 grams white chocolate chips, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups sugar , white

  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Beat the eggs, sugar, and powdered sugar.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, extracts, and milk if necessary.
  • Add the melted chocolate and mix everything very well
  • Pour into greased and floured molds
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
  • Prepare the frosting
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, remove from heat before it cools completely, incorporate the cream and sugar and apply to the cake as desired
