cups wheat flour, sifted
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
3 tablets bittersweet chocolate
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 teaspoons coffee extract
cow's milk , as needed
250 grams white chocolate chips, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cups sugar , white

Preheat the oven to 180°.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Beat the eggs, sugar, and powdered sugar.
Add the flour, baking powder, extracts, and milk if necessary.
Add the melted chocolate and mix everything very well
Pour into greased and floured molds
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Prepare the frosting
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, remove from heat before it cools completely, incorporate the cream and sugar and apply to the cake as desired
