How to make vanilla cake?

  • Blend the milk, oil, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract at medium speed for 1 minute.
  • Once the ingredients are combined, gradually add the flour and baking powder. Then, blend the cake mixture for another 2 minutes or until you get a smooth and lump-free mixture.
  • Cut parchment paper to the size of the pan, fold in half and then into a triangle, then fold twice more. Place the paper in the center of the pan and trim flush to have the right circumference.
  • Grease the pan with vegetable oil, place the parchment paper, and pour in the cake mixture.
  • Bake the vanilla cake at 180 °C for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Decorate the vanilla cake with whipped cream and red fruits.
