Impossible Banana Cake

I love the impossible cake, but I found it a bit simple, so I thought of adding banana and cream cheese to give it a richer flavor.

  • 1 box cake mix
  • 3 bananas, ripe
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 stick Philadelphia® cream cheese

  • Prepare the cake batter according to the instructions on the box.
  • Grease and flour a mold.
  • Melt the sugar in a pan and pour it into the mold.
  • Blend the eggs with the cream cheese, bananas, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk.
  • Pour the cake mixture into the mold and then gradually pour the flan mixture and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Place the mold in a tray with a bit of water and take it to the oven.
  • The oven should be preheated to 180 degrees.
  • Leave the mixture for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • To check, insert a knife; if it comes out clean, it's ready.
  • Let it cool and carefully transfer it to a plate.
