2 tablespoons vanilla essence
1 tablespoon baking powder
orange zest
300 grams flour
200 grams chocolate
400 milliliters whipping cream
strawberry jams
100 grams icing sugar

Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Incorporate the vanilla while continuing to beat.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder and gently fold it into the egg mixture.
Add the orange zest, being careful not to overmix.
Place in a previously greased mold and bake at 180° for 30 minutes or until cooked and slightly golden.
In a pot, place 100 ml of heavy cream and 200 gr of chocolate until completely melted. Let it cool.
Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until it forms peaks.
When the cake is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Cut the top off to create a slight indentation and add the strawberry jam.
Pour the chocolate ganache over it and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Put the whipped cream in a piping bag with a nozzle and make decorations. Enjoy!
