Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease and flour two round 20-centimeter diameter baking pans.
Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until fluffy, about 1 minute. Add the cake flour, water, and canola oil; continue beating for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Divide the cake batter into 6 different bowls. Add a little food coloring to one bowl and mix well. If necessary, add more coloring until the desired shade is reached. Repeat the process with the rest of the colors and the batter in the different bowls.
Spoon the batter into the greased pans, alternating the colors. Use a toothpick to swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it sit in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
