  • Preheat the oven to 170°C and grease a cake pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the 1/2 cup of butter until it forms peaks, incorporate the sugar and beat until well mixed, adding one egg at a time.
  • Start gradually incorporating the flour mixture into the butter until fully combined. Add a tablespoon of vanilla and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool and cut the cake in half horizontally, adding Nutella to one of the halves and placing the other half back on top like a sandwich.
  • Cover the top of the cake with frosting and smooth it out with a kitchen spatula.
  • For decoration, you will need a large sugar wafer with a coating of sugar and print the image of Snow White on a special printer with edible ink or trace the image with edible markers.
  • Place the large sugar wafer already decorated with the Snow White image, and using a star tip, pipe the frosting around the cake covering the edge of the wafer. Cover the edges and the remaining parts of the cake with frosting.
  • Decorate with the fondant bow.
