Learn how to make this delicious and original Snow White cake; if your daughter loves this character, what better way to make it at home? It’s much easier than it seems.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the 1/2 cup of butter until it forms peaks, incorporate the sugar and beat until well mixed, adding one egg at a time.
Start gradually incorporating the flour mixture into the butter until fully combined. Add a tablespoon of vanilla and mix for 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the cake cool and cut the cake in half horizontally, adding Nutella to one of the halves and placing the other half back on top like a sandwich.
Cover the top of the cake with frosting and smooth it out with a kitchen spatula.
For decoration, you will need a large sugar wafer with a coating of sugar and print the image of Snow White on a special printer with edible ink or trace the image with edible markers.
Place the large sugar wafer already decorated with the Snow White image, and using a star tip, pipe the frosting around the cake covering the edge of the wafer. Cover the edges and the remaining parts of the cake with frosting.
Decorate with the fondant bow.
