Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, mix the ingredients for the chocolate cake as indicated on the box, that is, the contents of the box, plus the eggs, plus the oil and milk, mix well until there are no lumps.
Pour the mixture into a greased rectangular mold that is a bit large so that the mixture doesn’t rise too much; it can be 8x14 or whichever you prefer.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Once it's ready, let it cool, then cut it into rectangles of 2x4 centimeters and set aside.
Now we are going to melt the chocolate; if you have a chocolate melter, do it there, otherwise, melt it using a double boiler.
First, we melt the white chocolate, and once it is melted, we add yellow food coloring.
Then take a popsicle stick, insert the tip, and then insert it into our 2 side of the cake rectangle; we place it in the fridge for about 5 to 10 minutes so that the stick sets firm.
We proceed to tint our chocolate rectangles more than halfway with yellow chocolate and let them dry; we can place them back in the fridge to set.
Then we melt regular chocolate and tint the bottom part of our rectangles to make SpongeBob's pants and let it dry.
Then, in several small containers, we place icing and tint one with a little red, another with a little blue, another with black, and leave one white.
We proceed to my favorite part: decorating our delicious cake pop.
With the help of a piping bag, we place the white parts of SpongeBob like the eyes, teeth, and shirt and let it dry.
Then the black icing parts like the eyelashes, the eyes, the mouth, and finally the red bow tie.
Done! This cake pop is delicious, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and your little ones will love it!!
