Lemon Charlotte with Oreo Chocolate

  • 3/4 sticks unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 can evaporated milk, clavel
  • 2 packages oreo-type cookie , chocolate
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice , well strained

  • Base; crush the Oreo chocolate cookies in the blender without their white filling (reserve that for the filling) and mix that crushed cookie mixture with the melted butter to form a paste, then cover your mold with that paste and refrigerate for 15 minutes or more depending on its consistency.
  • Filling; Blend the clavel milk, sweetened condensed milk, the filling you reserved from the Oreo cookie, and the lemon juice.
  • Pour the filling over the cookie base mold and refrigerate until it sets, but you can also decorate with pieces of Oreo cookie before it sets, and then refrigerate until it completely sets.
