Mix the flour with the milk, water, and eggs.
Beat until it becomes a thick batter.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Place the dough in a container and put it in the oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
When it is ready, apply the chantilly on the edge of the cake and decorate with the meringues.
