Easy Black Forest

  • 1 cup butter, melted, for the cake
  • 1 cup sugar, for the cake
  • 2 cups milk, for the cake
  • 3 cups flour, for the cake
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder, for the cake
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking soda, for the cake
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, for the cake
  • 1 cup cherry liqueur, kirsch, for moistening
  • whipped cream, for decoration
  • cherries, in syrup, for decoration
  • 2 cups cherries, black, for decoration
  • bittersweet chocolate, grated, for decoration

  • Using the Royal Prestige® Power Blender, blend the egg with the butter, sugar, milk, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa until all ingredients are perfectly integrated.
  • Preheat Royal Prestige® Casserole over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, then lower the temperature to low and with the help of the Royal Prestige® Easy Release Silicone Spatula, pour the mixture into the Royal Prestige® Casserole and cook on low for 35 minutes, or until cooked through. Let cool and set aside.
  • With the help of a fork, poke the cake on the surface and brush it with cherry liqueur. Set aside.
  • Decorate with whipped cream, red cherries, black cherries, and chocolate.
