  • 1 package Wheat flour for Tres Estrellas® surprise cake
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • vegetable oil, for greasing the mold
  • wheat flour
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • blackberries

  • In a bowl, mix the Tres Estrellas® Cake Flour, egg, and milk until all ingredients are well integrated.
  • Spray oil in a round pot with a lid, remove the excess with a paper towel, and sprinkle with flour. Pour the cake mixture, cover, and place on the stove over a hot griddle. Cook on medium heat for 35 minutes or until the cake is ready. Unmold and let cool.
  • Use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese and whipped cream until the mixture is slightly firm. Gradually add the powdered sugar.
  • When the cake is cool, cut two layers of bread and fill with the cream cheese frosting. Decorate the no-bake vanilla cake using a piping bag with the remaining frosting and the red fruits.
