Strawberry Cheesecake in a Pressure Cooker

Don't let the oven limit you from preparing a delicious and classic cheesecake. We give you this amazing recipe with strawberries that, besides being smooth and creamy, has a cooking time of only 20 minutes since it is made in a pressure cooker. You won't believe how delicious and easy it is!

  • 2 cups cinnamon cookies
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 2 1/3 packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, 300 ml
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cups strawberry jam
  • 2 cups strawberries, whole and without stems

  • Blend the cinnamon cookies and butter until you have a dough.
  • Add the cookie mixture to your mold and press until a base forms, then refrigerate.
  • In a mixer, beat the cream cheese, add the whipping cream, sugar, eggs one by one, vanilla, and flour until perfectly combined.
  • Pour the batter into your mold and close or cover with aluminum foil.
  • Place it in a pressure cooker with liquid and on a rack, close it, and cook from when the valve sounds for 20 minutes. Cool before uncovering.
  • Remove the cheesecake from the pressure cooker and refrigerate for about two hours.
  • Unmold and decorate with jam and strawberries.
