Chocolate Roll Cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • sugar, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence

  • Beat the eggs and 1/2 cup of sugar until you get a very smooth and fluffy mixture, then sift in the flour and cocoa powder to form a fluffy mix.
  • Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Roll the cake and let it cool.
  • Whip the cream to stiff peaks and add FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar to taste.
  • Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  • To assemble, unroll the cake and pour in the mixture.
  • Roll it back up.
  • Chill and serve.
