  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • For the cake, sift the flour with the cocoa and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Beat the eggs until they change color and gradually add the sugar. Continue beating until thickened. Incorporate the vanilla.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix gently to avoid deflating the mixture too much.
  • Pour into a greased and cocoa-dusted baking dish, bake for 25 minutes, and let cool.
  • For the 3 milks, heat the evaporated milk with the condensed milk, heavy cream, and dark chocolate over low heat until completely dissolved. Remove and cool.
