  • 1 box Tres Estrellas® dark chocolate cake mix, for the cake 432 g
  • 3 eggs, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil, for the cake
  • 1 cup water, for the cake
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the three milks, 360ml
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the three milks,
  • 1 cup cow's milk, for the three milks
  • 5 tablespoons instant coffee, for the 3 milks
  • 3 cups whipping cream, for the mocha mousse
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee, for the mocha mousse
  • 1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate, for the mocha mousse
  • pecans, finely chopped, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • In a bowl, mix the Tres Estrellas® dark chocolate cake flour with the eggs, vegetable oil, and water until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour into a previously floured and greased 40 x 30 cm mold and bake for 15 minutes, let cool and set aside.
  • For the three milks, in a small pot over medium heat, heat the evaporated milk with the condensed milk, the milk, and the instant coffee. Let cool and set aside.
  • For the mocha mousse, in a saucepan over medium heat, heat the heavy cream and add the chocolate, the instant coffee, and mix until combined. Refrigerate and set aside.
  • On a rack, using a ladle, soak the chocolate cake with the coffee three milks. Set aside.
  • Once the chocolate cream mixture is cold, whip it until it doubles in volume and holds firm peaks. Cover the cake, smooth the edges, and use a spoon to decorate the surface. Sprinkle chopped nuts around and refrigerate until serving.
