For the cake, beat the egg with the sugar, salt, vanilla extract, flour, and Rexal® baking powder until combined.
Pour into a previously greased cake mold and bake for 20 min. Let cool, unmold, and set aside.
For the flan, heat the milk and add D´ Gari® vanilla flavored Flan, pour it over the same mold where you baked the cake. Chill for 2 hours or until set.
For the three milks, in a bowl mix the evaporated milk with the condensed milk, the milk, and the vanilla extract.
Place the cake on top of the flan and, with the help of a brush, soak the cake with the three milks. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Unmold.
