Impossible Cake of 3 Milks

  • 4 eggs , for the cake
  • 1 cup sugar , for the cake
  • 1 pinch salt , for the cake
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla , for the cake
  • 1 cup flour , for the cake
  • 2 teaspoons Rexal® baking powder , for the cake
  • 4 cups cow's milk , for the flan
  • 1 envelope D´Gari® vanilla flan
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the three milks
  • 1 cup condensed milk , for the three milks
  • 1 cup cow's milk , for the three milks
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla , for the three milks

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • For the cake, beat the egg with the sugar, salt, vanilla extract, flour, and Rexal® baking powder until combined.
  • Pour into a previously greased cake mold and bake for 20 min. Let cool, unmold, and set aside.
  • For the flan, heat the milk and add D´ Gari® vanilla flavored Flan, pour it over the same mold where you baked the cake. Chill for 2 hours or until set.
  • For the three milks, in a bowl mix the evaporated milk with the condensed milk, the milk, and the vanilla extract.
  • Place the cake on top of the flan and, with the help of a brush, soak the cake with the three milks. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Unmold.
