Poor Millefeuille

The delicious Millefeuille made in your own home, so easy and tasty that it will become everyone's new favorite dessert. Without having to complicate yourself with making puff pastry, which is what worried us the most.

  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 package cookies, Ducales
  • 1 egg
  • chantilly cream
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cow's milk , extra

  • Mix the sweetened condensed milk, cream, and milk.
  • Bring the three milks to a boil.
  • Mix the two tablespoons of cornstarch with 1/4 cup of milk in a separate container.
  • Mix the cornstarch with the egg.
  • Add the cornstarch and egg to the mixture of the three milks and let it boil over high heat.
  • Stir and let it thicken.
  • In a baking dish, place a layer of Ducales and cover with the mixture.
  • Put another layer of Ducales and then another layer of the mixture, continuing this way until the mixture runs out.
  • Finally, add our last layer of Ducales and if desired, cover with Chantilly cream.
  • Place in the refrigerator.
