Three Milk Cake in Sheet

  • 1 box Tres Estrellas® French Vanilla Flavored Cake Flour
  • 3 eggs, (150 ml)
  • 1 1/3 cups cow's milk, (300 ml)
  • 1/3 cups vegetable oil, (80 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 can condensed milk, for the three milks
  • 1 can evaporated milk, for the three milks
  • 1 cup table cream, for the three milks
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup strawberries, for decoration
  • 1 cup canned peaches, for decoration
  • 1 cup kiwi, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the Tres Estrellas® French vanilla cake flour with the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and pour into a baking sheet measuring 25 cm wide by 40 cm long lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
  • Cut the sponge cake in half and set aside.
  • For the three milks: mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and half-and-half.
  • Place the sponge cakes on a rack and, using a ladle, pour the three milks until the cake absorbs it.
  • Whip the cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Unmold the cake onto a flat base, add whipped cream, fruit, and carefully place the other sponge cake on top.
  • Place some cream in a piping bag with a star tip, decorate around the cake, and add slices of fresh fruit.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours, serve a slice, and enjoy.
