  • 12.4 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 8.8 ounces butter, , smooth
  • 15.9 ounces granulated sugar
  • 17.6 ounces self-rising flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 oranges, (juice)
  • 3.9 ounces walnuts, chopped
  • 5.3 ounces golden raisin
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • icing sugar, (for decoration)

  • dark chocolates, grated (for decoration)

  • Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is white.
  • Add the butter and orange zest, mixing continuously.
  • Dissolve the baking soda in the orange juice and add the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt to the mixture.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the flour.
  • Add the walnuts and golden raisins, mix gently.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased mold and bake for 1 hour.
  • Let the cake cool before unmolding.
  • Unmold and for decoration, sift powdered sugar over the cake and randomly place the walnuts and chocolate.
