12.4 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
8.8 ounces butter, , smooth
15.9 ounces granulated sugar
17.6 ounces self-rising flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
6 eggs
2 oranges, (juice)
3.9 ounces walnuts, chopped
5.3 ounces golden raisin
1 tablespoon orange zest
icing sugar, (for decoration)
walnuts, (for decoration)
dark chocolates, grated (for decoration)

Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is white.
Add the butter and orange zest, mixing continuously.
Dissolve the baking soda in the orange juice and add the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt to the mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Gently fold in the flour.
Add the walnuts and golden raisins, mix gently.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased mold and bake for 1 hour.
Let the cake cool before unmolding.
Unmold and for decoration, sift powdered sugar over the cake and randomly place the walnuts and chocolate.
