1 pound flour
7.9 ounces butter
7.9 ounces sugar
7.9 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
4 eggs, separated
1 handful almonds, peeled
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 pinch salt
5 leaves rose petal, (Pelargonium)

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Grease a pan and place 3 or 4 rose leaves at the bottom.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Beat the butter very well and gradually add the sugar followed by the vanilla extract, continuing to beat while adding the ingredients.
Add the egg yolks one by one, beating in between. Add the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt followed by the flour mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture with a metal spoon.
Pour into the pan and sprinkle the almonds on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
