Cake with Pancake Flour

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 3/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can table cream

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Beat the eggs, flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, and oil until well combined.
  • Grease and flour a mold and pour in the mixture.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  • Mix the condensed milk, cream, and evaporated milk until perfectly combined.
  • When ready, use a fork to poke the entire cake so you can pour the previous mixture over it and wait for the liquid to be absorbed.
