1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup oats, in flakes
1 cup low-fat milk
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cups fructose
1/2 cups dried fruit
lime zest, necessary amount
raisins, optional
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 egg whites
sesame seeds, optional

Beat the egg yolks with the fructose, add the vanilla essence, then stop beating.
Combine the flour, oats, alternating with the milk, essence, and lemon zest, then incorporate the nuts.
Gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold.
Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry, decorate to taste.
