  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 12 mixed plates
  • yellow lemon , slices, for decoration
  • lime, slices, for decoration
  • mixed plates , crumbled, for decoration

  • Use a whisk to cream the cream cheese, lemon juice, and orange juice. Then, add the condensed milk and evaporated milk, and mix until well combined.
  • Place a layer of campechanas in a baking dish, add a layer of the cheese mixture, and repeat the same process until the dish is full. Refrigerate the charlotte for 2 hours.
  • Decorate the campechana charlotte with lemon slices and crumbled campechanas.
