400 grams peanuts, or nuts, peeled
200 grams sugar
1 cup water
butter

In a medium pot, bring the water and sugar to a boil. Add the peanuts.
Stirring constantly, monitor the cooking of the sugar. When the sugar has turned into a darker syrup, remove from heat.
Grease a large baking sheet with butter and pour the candied peanuts onto it.
