Canned Mangoes

  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 kilo mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • Cover the pot and use the timer function on your Royal Prestige® Precision Cook to cook the canned mangoes for 25 minutes.
  • Once the canned mangoes are ready, let them rest and cool before storing them in glass jars.
