Place the water, piloncillo, and cinnamon in a pot over low heat to prepare the honey.
Heat oil in a skillet and place the bread to soak it.
In a mold, place a layer of bread, then add raisins and honey, continuing until all the bread is covered.
Heat for 20 minutes on the stove over low heat.
Serve two pieces per plate and enjoy.
