Delicious caramelized apple tart with a fluffy texture to accompany with whatever you like.

  • 200 grams self-rising flour

  • 100 grams lard

  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
  • Caramel: place the sugar in a saucepan, mixing constantly so it doesn't burn. Once the caramel is ready, add the butter; don't worry if it separates from the caramel, that's how it should be. Finally, sprinkle with the liquor and arrange the sliced apples of your choice in a tart mold and set aside.
  • Dough: beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla essence until fluffy.
  • Add the previously sifted flour to the egg mixture and fold gently.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold with caramel.
  • Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
