In an electric mixer, beat the eggs, butter, and sugar well until a cream forms.
Add the milk and wheat flour gradually and alternately. Beat until all ingredients are combined, add the baking powder and mix gently.
Set the mixture aside.
In a mold, place the sugar and cook it until it turns into caramel, then carefully use it to coat the bottom and sides of a tube pan.
Place the bananas over the caramel, if necessary, add more bananas and pour the mixture you set aside.
Take the pudding to the oven and let it cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
