Cheese and Walnut Flan

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup nut , chopped

  • To make the caramel: Heat the sugar in a flan mold over low heat until melted, stirring constantly.
  • Blend all the other ingredients except for the walnut.
  • Incorporate the walnut into the mixture and pour into the flan mold with the caramel.
  • Place the mixture in a pressure cooker for 35 minutes using a water bath.
  • Cool and enjoy.
