Cheese Dessert with Fruits

  • 500 grams cottage cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cups icing sugar
  • 3/4 cups plain yogurt, smoothie
  • 1/2 cups whole milk, or lactose-free
  • 4 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 grams each)
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 20 strawberries, disinfected
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cups sugar, refined

  • Blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Stir it with a spatula to ensure the texture is uniform and creamy.
  • Add the cream, sugar, yoghurt, milk, and liqueur. Blend for one more minute.
  • Hydrate the gelatin in water and dissolve it in the microwave for 15 seconds. With the blender running, incorporate it in a thin stream; pour the mixture into a slightly greased bundt pan or into individual molds. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
  • Blend half of the red fruits with the sugar and cook for 10 minutes or until it has a semi-thick sauce consistency. Serve with the dessert and garnish with the remaining fruit.
