In a container, place water, salt, plantains, and let it boil.
Once ready, we make a puree with them and add sugar to the mixture.
From the puree, we form small balls or patties, filling them with ricotta.
Once we have formed the balls, we fry them until golden.
Finally, we drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
