  • 100 grams requesón
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 1 table cream
  • 10 grams cinnamon powder

  • In a container, place water, salt, plantains, and let it boil.
  • Once ready, we make a puree with them and add sugar to the mixture.
  • From the puree, we form small balls or patties, filling them with ricotta.
