First of all, crush the cookies and set some aside to later cover the pie with it and create a golden crust.
The second step is to mix the crushed cookies with the margarine to form a paste and line the pie mold.
Then blend the other ingredients separately: condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, butter, and cheese.
The blended mixture is poured over the crust in the mold and the reserved cookie crumbs from the first step are sprinkled on top. It is then baked in a preheated oven at 250º, and when we insert the pie, we lower the temperature to 150º. We let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean; another point to consider to know if it is ready is that the pie should have a golden crust. Let it cool in the turned-off oven.
