Delicious cheesecake, I'm a fan of this dessert because it is very, very tasty and everyone loves it.

  • 1 stick butter, of 90 grams
  • 1 package María cookies
  • 1 package cream cheese, of 180g
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk

  • First of all, crush the cookies and set some aside to later cover the pie with it and create a golden crust.
  • The second step is to mix the crushed cookies with the margarine to form a paste and line the pie mold.
  • Then blend the other ingredients separately: condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, butter, and cheese.
  • The blended mixture is poured over the crust in the mold and the reserved cookie crumbs from the first step are sprinkled on top. It is then baked in a preheated oven at 250º, and when we insert the pie, we lower the temperature to 150º. We let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean; another point to consider to know if it is ready is that the pie should have a golden crust. Let it cool in the turned-off oven.
