Preheat the oven to 160°C.
In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies and melted butter.
In a springform pan, press the mixture and set it aside.
The pan should be 9 inches.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar, then add the sour cream and whisk everything with a whisk. Add the eggs one by one and continue whisking.
Take a bit of the mixture and add the dulce de leche; pour the other part into the pan.
With the dulce de leche mixture, drop spoonfuls onto the pan and swirl with a knife.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the surface is set. Carefully remove from the oven, run a knife around the edges, and let it cool for 4 hours.
