  • 1 cup María cookies, ground
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter , melted
  • 3 packages cream cheese, philadelphia
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/3 cups cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 kilos strawberry
  • 1/2 cups sour cream , cold
  • 4 eggs

  • Mix the cookies with the butter and place in a 9-inch removable mold, raising the edges slightly, then put it in the refrigerator.
  • Beat the cheeses with the sugar until creamy, add the eggs one at a time, then the cream, vanilla, and cornstarch.
  • Pour into the mold and bake at 325°F or 180°C for 50 minutes, then remove and let cool.
