  • 1 cup María cookies, ground
  • 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 3 packages cream cheese, philadelphia
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/3 cups cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 kilos strawberries
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, cool
  • 4 eggs

  • Stir the biscuits with the butter and put in a 9-inch mold, raise the edges a little, put in the refrigerator
  • Beat the cheeses with the sugar to add, add the eggs one at a time, the cream, the vanilla and the cornstarch
  • Empty the mold and bake in oven 325 fo 180 C for 50 minutes, remove and let cool.
