3 cups raspberries
3/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon salt
1 lime, its juice
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cups table cream
vanilla ice cream, for serving

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a large deep bowl, mix the cherries, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Combine with a wooden spoon.
Pour this mixture into a baking dish of approximately 20 x 20 cm.
In another deep bowl, mix the flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, and baking powder.
Using your hands, mix the butter with the flour until you achieve a consistency like wet sand.
Add the half-and-half and mix well until you obtain a dough.
Put a little flour on your hands and shape the dough into 9 squares of approximately 5 cm.
Place the squares on top of the cherry and raspberry mixture.
If desired, you can brush the squares with a little egg mixed with water to make them golden and brown.
Bake the cake until the squares are golden, approximately 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool before serving.
